We're a fully remote startup with our team working from a city they love across the United States, Argentina, and Canada.About the RoleAs Revenue Operations Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and join a small but growing team to help own and execute high-priority initiatives designed to scale our GTM teams. This is a unique opportunity to help build the operational backbone for sales and success. You will have the chance to work with stakeholders across the company to make sure the right processes and operation systems are in place.Responsibilities You love clean data and good processes and are excited to build well-designed systems and use data to iterate on your own processes Work directly with sales and success reps to address day-to-day issues and improve their experience with core GTM systems like Salesforce Develop, improve and administer territory plans, compensation plan and quotas Continuously refine our inbound and outbound GTM strategies including our inbound routing, lead management processes, metrics, and policies Implement tools and processes for the sales and success organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity Identify operational inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives. Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems Work with other departments to improve integration and automations between Salesforce and other mission-critical systems, including Hubspot, Asana, Typeform, Productboard, Outreach.io and ZoomInfo. Minimum Qualifications 4-6 years of sales operations and strategy experience with a track record of supporting sales and success teams in their GTM strategy. Startup experience preferred Strong knowledge of Salesforce setup, configuration, and reporting, and highly focused on numbers and process Ownership mindset You think outside the box to develop scrappy solutions to the company's most complex problems. Strong analytics and model-building expertise is a huge plus LocationYou must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.We are a remote first company!
