This position is a remote role.Revenue Operations Team:The Revenue Operations team has three main objectives among many responsibilities. First, improve financial and operational decision-making across the organization. Second, proactively identify and execute business and operational improvements across the organization. Third, implement globally scalable business infrastructure, practices, and policies. They partner with every group across the company (Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Product, Enablement and Finance), and given the strategic and operational nature of the team, work closely with key members across the company to influence business decisions. Summary:The Revenue Operations Intern role will have the opportunity to contribute to SKOUT's overall Sales, Marketing and Partner Success strategies, constantly focused on how our processes, people, and technology can best work together. They will gain exposure to platforms including Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus.ai, Calendly, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Wootric. They will have a strong drive to figure out how things work, be detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be self-motivated. The Revenue Operations Intern will report to The Revenue Operations Analyst. Roles and Responsibilities:Create user and training documentation on detailed workflow processesDocument the end-to-end sales cycle and customer journey in relation to process and platforms Analytics preparation and distribution: Build and edit Salesforce reports and dashboards and regularly disseminate reports to leadershipData Management - creating, updating, de-duping and importing records across platforms Locate new process improvement opportunitiesOptimizing User Interface for internal teams including but not limited to List Views, Page Layouts, etc. Passionately pursue ongoing education on industry knowledge, business systems integrations, CRM functionality, and end-to-end sales process management best practicesPerform research and analysis in support of all CRM data optimization initiativesWho you are:• Love the detail - superior attention to detail and process• Able to pivot quickly to discern the best path forward• Diversity and Inclusion is both embraced and a recognized business advantage• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strategic mindset• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy• Independently driven to learn new applications, technologies, and skills• Dedication to data integrity• Ability to work cooperatively and cross-functionally with individuals across the organization and independently when appropriate• High-functioning, organized team player who can manage multiple requests in a timely manner and work in a fast-paced environment• Thinks strategically and analytically, grasps new concepts quickly, and finds creative solutions to complex problems• Familiarity with Excel and/or a desire to learn • Familiarity with Lucid Chart or similar platform and/or a desire to learn • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platform and/or a desire to learnWhat you want to learn: Learn how process, systems, and data relate to each otherSupport ad-hoc revenue operations projects to support key initiativesImpact revenue and growth by developing strategic initiatives and overseeing their successDevelop skills necessary to perform root cause analysis; Isolate error trends/patterns and data discrepancies; Implement corrective measuresTell a story using data that drives a business outcomeOur Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insuranceLife InsuranceDisability Insurance401K with a 4% MatchGenerous PTOParental Paid LeaveStock OptionsDue to the volume of applications we receive only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
