Job Description

We are looking for a talented Revenue Operations Director to join our LTG team. The role could be remote, based in Raleigh, NC or in our U.K. corporate office.The primary job responsibilities include general oversight and supervision of the Revenue Operations team. The team is responsible for order management, billing and revenue recognition for business units in excess of $150m annually. This is a pivotal role within LTG's Finance organization and it provides a career development path with exposure to key internal organizations within the Company such as Sales, Services, Legal and Sales Operations.Specifically the role will involve interaction with our Sales and Legal teams on deal structure as necessary, review and approval of sales quotes, assistance with the definition of the overall revenue recognition framework and any changes that may be required, and review and approval of the revenue process: sales order entry/invoicing/contract or deal analysis.Additionally, the role will ensure data integrity within LTG's systems: NetSuite (financial), (CRM), and Hive (time management). This role will help develop and optimize policies and procedures around the opportunity close process and transfer of information to NetSuite and Hive.What you'll be doing every day Supervise, lead and mentor Revenue & Order Operations team members Participate in the process improvement and automation project aimed at aligning Services, Sales and Finance and accelerating reporting. Document the various processes where the Revenue & Order Operations team is engaged and identify key controls. Assist with monthly close and revenue analysis including providing explanation for actual to budget variances. Drive continuous process and system improvements to increase efficiency of the end-to-end order management processRole Requirements A minimum of 7 years in Order Operations and Revenue Management, preferably in the software industry. Extensive knowledge of NetSuite (required) Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (required) College degree in finance or accounting Knowledge of revenue recognition rules under ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
