As the Revenue Analyst you will support the Commercial Operations department by analyzing data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Use data to understand business and market, patterns and trends 
  • Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research 
  • Communicate analysis findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports 
  • Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams 
  • Audit data feeds for abnormalities or erroneous data 
  • Configure system settings for various vacation rental markets to optimize rate settings 
  • Prepare Revenue projections for potential unit acquisitions and forecast market performance 
  • Discuss with market shareholders current market conditions and trends 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business System Analysis, or equivalent practical experience 
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in business/financial analysis 
  • Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or related field 
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting 
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask 
  • Ability to learn and execute new software applications 

 

Compensation

$75,000/year
