Retention Specialist - Fleet Sales (Remote Position) (Finance)Retention Specialist - Fleet Sales (Remote Position) *Remote Position* Sapp Bros., Inc., a growing chain of travel centers, is looking for a Retention Specialist to join our Fleet Sales team. At Sapp Bros., Inc. our mission is to treat every customer as "our guest" by providing a clean environment, quality products, and a commitment to excellent service. In order to achieve this, we look to obtain as many clients/guests as possible and the Fleet Sales team is our primary force in building relationships with these fleet drivers/companies. Under the general direction of the Fleet Sales Manager, this position will play a key role in building relationships and maintaining the business between Sapp Bros. and our clients. Job Responsibilities: Setting up first new accounts accurately with correct pricing information. Responsible for reaching gallon commitments. Contacting all Sapp Bros., Inc. current customers on a routine basis (at least monthly). Making sure each Account is satisfied with Sapp Bros., Inc. and our services. Building and fostering client relationships. Providing daily, weekly, and monthly feedback to Manager. (verbal/written/reports, etc.) Maintaining and establishing a positive experience to our clients, to include but not limited professional phone and in person etiquette. Achieving daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. Additional duties as assigned by Manager Our Safety Mission Statement is to sustain zero accidents by providing a safe environment, worked in by safety minded employees.
