Candidates living more than 34 miles from a Canon I.T.S. facility (Chesapeake, VA: 850 Greenbrier Circle/Albuquerque, NM: 4041 Jefferson Plaza) will have the option to work either 100% remote or a hybrid schedule.


Successful candidates will provide positive and professional support to Canon customers via telephone and respond to written inquiries pertaining to Canon Printer products. Tier I HSG Laser Printer Support Representatives are passionate about photography, are extremely knowledgeable and are expert problem solvers when it comes to printers and associated technologies. Successful candidates will Analyze challenging issues with hardware and software, to help identify problem areas and recommend possible solutions to our customers. Customer interactions and resolutions are documented via our easy to use CRM applications so that recurring problems can be reported, analyzed and escalated as necessary. Tier I HSG Laser Printer Support Representatives are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and create a positive impression of our support offerings as well as the Canon brand. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.


- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 0 to 2 years of related experience in a PC environment, with demonstrated knowledge of PC Operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attendance is an essential function of the job

- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection, and workspace free from noise and other distractions

Workstyle Description

Hybrid - This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office two company designated days a week and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
