Looking for a candidate who can come in, hit the ground running and gather requirements, potentially mock-up a dashboard on the fly ( whiteboard it not configure it in Workday) and get the visualization signed off on before completing the work. The candidate needs to be a senior analyst that can partner with senior leadership to gather requirements and provide exceptional service. SKILLS Workday Certification Compensation Planning Reports 5 to 8 yrs' experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor s Degree Responsibilities Knowledge transfer with our departing resource immediately Designing and Building dashboards to support compensation planning (15 specific reports attached which need to be ready by March 1st or as soon as possible after that date) Support resource for compensation planning report related questions March 1- April 7 Also, evaluation of other existing reports that may be impacted by our shift to Market Pay (not all reports will be identified by March 27, our go-live date) after the comp planning reports are completed through the end of the contract. This person will be engaging with our VP, Total Rewards and VP, People Experience (and hiring manager s supervisor) to help define requirements, This is a great opportunity to shine and get noticed.
