Details for the (Remote) Work From Home Customer Service Agent:

• Pay: $19.50 an hour
• Hours of operation: Monday - Saturday 6:00AM - 9:00PM MST
• Training Schedule: (first 6 weeks): Monday - Friday!
• Direct-hire opportunity!

Job Responsibilities for the (Remote) Work From Home Customer Service Agent:

• Answering incoming calls for new and existing customers
• Developing and maintaining rapport with customers
• Providing policy quotes
• Discussing new policies, policy modifications, bundling options, cancellations, to suit each individual customer needs

Qualifications for the (Remote) Work From Home Customer Service Agent:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other electronic application environments
• Must be available to work on Saturdays!
• Call center experience is preferred!
• Minimum of six months customer service experience required
• MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO AND RESIDE WITH 100 MILES OF BOISE!
