Details for the (Remote) Work From Home Customer Service Agent:
- Pay: $19.50 an hour
- Hours of operation: Monday - Saturday 6:00AM - 9:00PM MST
- Training Schedule: (first 6 weeks): Monday - Friday!

Job Responsibilities for the (Remote) Work From Home Customer Service Agent:
- Answering incoming calls for new and existing customers
- Developing and maintaining rapport with customers
- Providing policy quotes
- Discussing new policies, policy modifications, bundling options, cancellations, to suit each individual customer needs
Qualifications for the (Remote) Work From Home Customer Service Agent:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other electronic application environments
- Must be available to work on Saturdays!
- Call center experience is preferred!
- Minimum of six months customer service experience required
- MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO AND RESIDE WITH 100 MILES OF BOISE!
