Responsibilities

What will the role of a Remote VoiceNation Customer Service Representative entail?

VoiceNation Customer Service Representatives provide world-class customer service as virtual receptionists while representing our clients with professionalism. We work as though based in our clients' offices, impressing every single caller. This role is designed to be fully remote from training to working from home full time.

The role includes, but is not limited to:
  • Fully remote training and work from home role
  • Handling calls from clients' customers
  • Promptly and efficiently transferring calls or relaying messages to our clients
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients and their customers
  • Working to agreed timescales, ensuring clients never miss a call
  • Entering call information into our system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Must be available to come to the office for supplementary training/support when/if needed


We're looking for bright, confident, and professional individuals to be part of the Moneypenny team, located in Duluth, GA, and able to work from home.

Must be available for between the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including weekends

Must provide photo proof of your HIPAA compliant workspace

Must be able available to commute to the office for supplementary training/support when needed
