Job Description

**VIRTUAL/REMOTE MORTGAGE OPPORTUNITY.****Description:**The Account Manager (AM) acts as the main point of contact for the Mortgage Company's clients (the broker partners). The AM serves as an intermediary between the broker partners and IMC's operational staff. In addition, the AM provides support for the Underwriting Department. This role requires a highly organized, motivated individual with an understanding of the mortgage process. Effective communication and problem solving skills are essential.Duties and Responsibilities:? Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner? Examine and verify information on loan documents? Clear conditions (on a limited basis) from the loan approval? Review the Loan Estimate and federal and state disclosures? Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Resolve problems at various stages of the loan processPreferred but not required: "Customer service oriented mortgage professionals with strong technical mortgage knowledge regarding initial disclosures, conditions, change in circumstances, SSA 89's, and 4506T's to act as the liaison between Brokers/AE's and UW/Funding."**Skills:**Customer service, Sales support, Account management, mortgage, mortgage industry, compliance regulations, mortgage servicer**Top Skills Details:**1) 5 years of working experience in general; recent mortgage experience (at least 2-3 years) and 2 years of recent customer service experience (One solid year of loan processing experience, licensed Loan Officer, or three solid years ofresidential mortgage experience.)2) Familiarity with DU/LP Guidelines (fannie mae/freddie mae) and TRID/Closing Disclosures3) Familiarity with Google Suite/GmailBest Candidate would have a bachelors degree, but candidate can have HSD with strong mortgage experience if they have the mortgage experience.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Qualifications:? BA/BS degree in Business or a relevant field is highly preferred? One solid year of loan processing experience, licensed Loan Officer, or three solid years ofresidential mortgage experience.? Familiarity with TRID, and Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac guidelines? Basic knowledge of DU and LP? Self-motivated, ability to think critically and make sound decisions? Ability to retain knowledge and take quality notes? Strong listening, problem solving, and out of the box thinking skills? Commitment to integrity and quality customer service?
