Now Hiring for a Large Healthcare Company that Supports Medicare Members!

Description:

  • Inbound Voice & chat
  • Outbound calls are for following up on unresolved customer issues or contacting supporting IT or provider offices
  • Average calls per day can range from 20-25 depending on hours. (this is likely to increase we are hiring due to upcoming volume increase expectations)
  • Voice & chat support will be to support customer from start to finish joining their televisit process with their provider
  • Help navigate device, download apps, test audio & video in waiting room sessions
  • Troubleshoot issues when process does not work as planned
  • Clear browser compatibility, reset device permissions, check detection of cameras & mic, clear cache, download alternate programs
  • Meet quality of call standards & adherence to schedule 90%

EXPERIENCE and MUST HAVES:

  • Basic Technical understanding of mobile devices and computer with navigations for cellphone, tablets, mac and windows.
    • Front line customer services soft skills
    • Good communication skills on helping someone take step by step guidance with low to no technology understanding
    • Strong grammar & spelling
    • Setting up your own computer at home - This has been a challenge for people, let's verify that they have trained or worked remotely in the past.
    • **MUST HAVE A DEDICATED QUIET AREA** All calls are recorded
