Remote Financial Service Representative (Chat & Email)

Start Date: May 15th 2023

Pay Range: $17/hr

Contract Length: 11 month contract (chance for extension)

Worksite Location: Remote (must be in the state of Washington)


Open availability required Mon-Sun 6am-7pm.

You will work either 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week within this range.

Schedules will be provided every Friday for 2 weeks in advance.


First 2 weeks, must be available 7am-3:30pm (Remote as well)

Job Description:

A Financial Services Representative you will be assisting consumers with a variety of internally ticketed issues.

Resolving financial customer service tickets within internal CRM database

Pull incidents from queue and direct to the appropriate avenue

Processing information, data change, and verifications tickets

Utilize knowledge articles in order to determine course of action (i.e. transaction adjustments and refunding, account or information verification, communicate directly with customer or agent, forward or escalate to internal party)

Navigating multiple software tools in order to see issue through to resolution

Follow up with stakeholders and various points of contact

Attention to detail and adherence to process is critical for this position
