Remote UKGPro Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Remote UKG-Pro Business Analyst to join a global industrial manufacturing and technology. This person will be a part of the HR Digital Solutions team, providing internal support for their UltiPro/UKGPro environment and 4,500+ global users. In this role, the candidate will help configure, optimize, maintain, and audit the system to meet business needs as well as manage various HR technology projects and integrations between UltiPro and other HR systems and external vendors. This person will also manage a portfolio of HR technology projects, while utilizing Cognos analytics, SQL, survey tools and Power BI. Minimum Requirements-4+ years of related work experience with UltiPro/UKGPro-Solid understanding of all areas of HR including HRIS, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits-Highly proficient in Cognos analytics, SQL, survey tools and Power BI-Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or a related field Desired Skills-Significant experience managing multiple projects at once and meeting deliverables on time and within budget
