Job Description

A large retail client in Charlotte, NC is hiring a full time Level 2 Support Operations Center Engineer. The Support Operations Center team covers four major platforms; Tier 3, Document Management, Critical Incidents and Incident Response. This candidate must have experience working in a fast paced environment, solving tickets across a wide range of skillsets including Routers and switches, ports, pots lines, IPT phones. A successful candidate will come from a background in a service desk environment dealing with external vendors. An active CCNA obtained within the last 2 years is required. The team operates on a 4/10 schedule with shifts between 7am-midnight (on call schedule 12am-7am once a week). Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience in networking CCNA renewed within last 2 years, must provide certification ID number before submittalHelp desk or service desk backgroundHeavy Incident management/troubleshooting experience Ticketing system experienceRouters and switches, ports, pots lines, IPT phones Desired SkillsAdditional certifications (CCNT, CCNP, A+)4 year degree (required for any potential promotion down the road)Remedy ticketing systemService now
