Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking for Tier 1 Support Representatives to join their team. This person needs to have strong customer service and a technical acumen that can help support their rapidly growing IoT Solution. This company works with a wide range of industrial companies ranging from commercial transportation firms, oil and gas, large-scale food production, etc. This person must be okay providing support via phone for the majority of their shift. They will help support hardware, software, operating systems, web/mobile applications. Candidates must be strong communicators with the ability to provide strong documentation. The ideal person will be looking for an opportunity to learn and grow within a technical role and will have strong customer service background with technical knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

2 years of experience in a customer-service/customer-facing role, preferably in a technology contact center environment -

Strong interest increasing technical skills through daily interactions, personal development, guided training

A passion for ensuring positive customer experience

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with strong documentation ability

Desired Skills

2+ years of experience in a customer-service/customer-facing role, preferably in a technology contact center environment - need to have experience supporting EXTERNAL customers over the phone (walking them through troubleshooting steps, not remoting in)

Strong interest increasing technical skills through daily interactions, personal development, guided training

A passion for ensuring positive customer experience

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with strong documentation ability
