Job Description

Work Environment:

Temporary contract role 6 months to 1 year, $32-$40 an hour!

Remote position with flexible schedule.

Typically the team works 8am-5pm.

Dress code is business casual.

The team is small, but close. (Even remotely, they interact multiple times a day.)

High Volume working on 40+ reqs. at once

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

•5-7 years of recruiting experience.

•Minimum of 3 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Workday highly preferred

•Demonstrated experience recruiting across all levels within an organization

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Able to work with minimal supervision

•Customer service driven

•High degree of skill using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

•Experience with Workday highly desired

Job Description:

Seeking contract recruiters to assist in full cycle recruitment on positions in IT, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc.

•Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for local and remote positions

•Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

•Update job descriptions and job specifications and post on internal career site and external job boards

•Source and recruit candidates using various job boards and social platforms

•Screen candidates' resumes and applications

•Perform in-person, video and phone interviews with candidates.

•Make recommendations to hiring managers

•Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers

•Develop relationships with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

•Support HRBP's and other HR initiatives

•May also act as a liaison to the Immigration team and assist with the immigration process

•Attend recruiting events.

•Special projects as assign
