A mortgage client of ours is seeking a Remote Systems Support Analyst/Trainer to join their team. This role is a dual position where the analyst within the business systems team will be involved in supporting the helpdesk but will also be training internal and external end users with one on one training within Encompass. Ideally, this person will have mortgage industry experience and exposure to Encompass (or similar) LOS software, and be eager to work in a fast-paced, everchanging environment. Someone with an outgoing personality who can provide interactive trainings and communicate effectively with team members is important since all trainings are held virtually. Aside from training, this person will be involved in working with system administrators and developers to understand client issues and implement those changes into trainings to reflect the updates in Encompass. Overall, this role is designed to give someone the opportunity for growth within the company and the ability to gain exposure into multiple areas of the business.
