Job Description

Fax Entry Leadership Accountabilities Fax is responsible for processing all inbound documents from patient, healthcare professionals, referral sources, insurance, etc.• Supervises a staff of Customer Service Fax Representatives• Manages daily work load to ensure required productivity and quality levels are attained• Trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices• Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions• Ensure staff performance meets productivity and quality objectives• Collaborate with other departments (Customer Care, Sales, Category Management, Training) to provide optimal customer and employee experience• Responsibility for interviewing, hiring and performance appraisals of teamHouston Metro Area Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
