Job Description

Our Client, a leading IT Services and Solutions Group is seeking to hire a remote Senior Technical Support resource to join their NOC team. Under general direction of the shift supervisor this person advises the shift supervisor on day to day technical issues, work moderate to complex issues, and is responsible for installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This person is expected to diagnose and solve problems, author procedures, diagrams and routinely works with users, clients and vendors. Minimum RequirementsManaged a domain environment with 50 servers or more.5 years of experience troubleshooting performance problems, and performing application releases.5 years experience with Operating Systems, Workstations and Servers.3 years Experience in Patch Management, domain management, and server application managementAbility to evaluate technical solutions and recommend solutionsExperience in working in a 24x7 operations modelExperience with Office 365 administration and securityStrong background with Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft DNS and DHCPGeneral experience with server backup technology
