Remote Sr. Cloud Developer

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Cloud Developer to maintain current systems with upgrades, bug fixes, and work on regular maintenance. They will analyze designs and develop software solutions based on requirements and work on CI/CD implementations. They will build solutions using AWS server less technologies when appropriate and support production systems when production issues arise, identify resources responsible for resolving the issues, and ensure system integrity and security in each system. Each day they will perform code assignments, review code from junior level developers, implement designs in code and analyze for issues. They will also keep up to date with new technologies and determine where updates should occur and on what schedule and work effectively and efficiently with external resources and other team members.

Linux experience

AWS certifications or python certifications
3-5 years of full stack development experience

3+ years of AWS experience

3-5 years of Python or Node.js experience

Experience with Python such as flask and Django

Experience designing CI/CD pipelines

3-5 years experience with databases, specifically Oracle and PL/SQL language

Knowledge of JIRA and related software development methodologies
