Remote Social Media Analyst

Kelly Professional and Industrial is looking for a Remote Social Media Analyst for a large corporation in Louisville, KY!. This is a great work environment, they care about their employees and it shows!

Candidate Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. (Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Online Journalism, New Media, or related field) preferred
  • 1-2 years social or digital analytics experience; prior social listening experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to respond with a sense of urgency
  • English fluency required; fluency in another language a plus

Job Details:

  • Fri & Sat 7pm-3am and Sat & Sun shifts will be 3am-11a or 11am-7pm 3 weekends a month
  • Shifts will rotate each weekend (7pm-3am, 3am-11am & 11am-7pm)
  • $15-$17/HR
  • Long term temp position
  • Remote position
  • Identify, analyze and monitor potential issues to alert the broader team to ultimately diminish and diffuse crisis they may arrise throgh channels
  • Interact with global teams to ensure quick and thorough response to customers and social fans
  • Leverage social media metrics, social listening tools and general analytics to intrepret data and measure against organizational objectives
