Description: ServiceNow ITSM Developer / Process Analyst Development and Operations strategy and technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL Business Process Analysis solutioning with Orlando/Paris.
* Enable architectural and development decisions for the ITSM technical architecture and process engineering through collaboration at all levels with existing SNC developers and Process Owners.
* Demonstrated experienced with ITSM development/operations and support of the ITSM Pro product suite.
* Demonstrated experience with solutioning grounded in ITIL v3+, ServiceNow Orlando platform development practices.
* Implementation of process improvement opportunities & enhancements working our Agile backlog to support Orlando platform capabilities
* Provides prescriptive guidance to ITSM best-practices and work-flow designs leveraging the Orlando Platform.
