The organization is thriving and looking for top talent to join the technical team. They need you, an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst, to join the team and help take on some exciting upcoming projects!

What you get to do:

  • Play a key role in the design, build, testing, and implementation of the company's mission-critical clinical platform
  • Team up with customers to gather technical requirements and validate designs
  • Verify all requirements and standards for the build have been met through a variety of testing and quality control measures in place
  • Utilize ServiceNow to thoroughly document the change control process
  • Submit weekly status reports and take part in weekly team meetings
  • Collaborate with other internal teams as you work on a variety of multi-faceted projects

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical Business Analyst focused on implementations within a clinical setting
  • Hands-on experience gathering technical requirements for platform builds
  • Thorough understanding of clinical workflows
  • Proven ability to utilize Stop, Start, and Continue workflows to aid in the adoption of the new platform
  • Familiarity with legacy platforms (Crimson Advisory Board and OCM (Optum Care Management)) as well as new platforms (Optum Care Coordination running on Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills as you'll be interfacing with others regularly
