We are growing and looking for experienced Remote Senior Recruiters to join our team! Your Responsibilities:Lead in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals, and anticipate organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool)Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities and talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational prioritiesManage the recruitment process and life cycle; including initial assessments, interviews, offers and new hire paperwork.Collaborate with team members, HR and hiring managers to conduct complex offer negotiations and finalize the hiring processActively and consistently utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate documentation of applicant data throughout the processMaintain and prepare reports and metrics related to talent acquisition efforts with the use of ongoing and ad hoc reports, recruitment resources, and Applicant Tracking SystemProvide coaching and guidance to lower level talent acquisition team membersOther incidental duties assigned by LeadershipBenefits/Perks:Competitive compensationWorking remote possiblePaid vacation, holidays, and sick timeHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k)Relaxed company dress codeCompany events and team building activities to promote cultureEspresso, latte, and coffee stationsCOVID 19-conscious work rules and environmentQualifications:Extensive knowledge and understanding of mortgage industry related terminology with 5+ years related mortgage recruiting experienceProven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and ATS systems (preferably Jobvite)Provide experience in utilizing advanced sourcing skills and systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo)Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivesExtensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisitionStrict attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work autonomously and in a team environment, including inter-departmental teamsWe consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law in accordance with all applicable federal, and state laws.
