Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director, Growth Marketing. In this role, you will help build a growth marketing team and establish performance marketing channels' best practices, identifying gaps across channels, and develop new ideas of marketing optimization tools. If you like to stay up to date on current and upcoming innovations and capabilities in mobile advertising, we want to talk to you!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Drive digital strategies to create revenue from SEM, SEO, Display, ABM and Social.
Your days are about planning and executing end to end growth strategies.
You will build campaigns or lead the development campaign elements, including landing pages, write copy, and leverage clear and concise marketing positioning strategies to drive growth.
You will analyze data across SEM, Social, and Web and leverage data to optimize growth strategies.
Direct team members to drive optimization and conversion across marketing channels.
Build and document processes to help define the growth marketing division of the organization.
Work with internal and external resources to execute campaigns.
Build presentations to share vision and execution, roadmaps, timelines, etc.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Ability to own campaigns end to end including writing, facilitating design, and building campaign plans
Ability to build reporting infrastructure from the ground up
An understanding for what creates good UX/UI
Ability to work independently
Ability to leverage design thinking to share strategy and vision
Passion for taking ownership and driving results
