Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 Service Desk Technician to sit remotely supporting a large Defense Cloud Service Offering contract. This individual will be responsible for providing Microsoft 0365 support via phone, chat, or email to users that are experiencing technical difficulties. They will be collaborating with users to diagnose problems and investigate to find a solution. They will also be a part of escalating issues that cannot be solved to the proper service level queue and document throughout the process. This position requires someone to currently hold a Secret clearance and to be capable of working in a highly collaborative and growth-focused environment. Minimum RequirementsExperience in an Office 365 support environment LCAT requirements: BA/BS + 2 years exp, AS + 5 years exp, no degree + 8 years exp (exp must be in IT) IAT Level 2 Certification (ex: sec+, ccna security) Active DoD Secret clearance Ability to work remotely in an environment dedicated to professional Help Desk support for Customers Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
