PROJECT Manager will guide and manage a team of Computer/IT/SAP experts with Great understanding of The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users. These SAP/ IT consultants/ experts do The design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs in SAP Technology, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications experience is Required
Knowledge, deep understanding and experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning solutions SAP is Required Resource should have knowledge of all SAP Modules of S/4 HANA and experience in at least 2 modules of SAP
Specialized knowledge and certification in SAP Technology is Huge plus,
Experience leading at least 5 full lifecycle SAP software implementations at the enterprise level, Resource should have 10-12 experience in SAP projects, experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations is a huge plus.
Specialized knowledge and certification in cloud computing / migrating ERP platforms to cloud environments is a huge plus
Experience of guiding & providing training to project leaders around SAP technology
Publish the daily, weekly, monthly status reports required for different stakeholders like project, steering committee, project management.
Identify risks, escalate and propose risk mitigation strategies to senior Management
This high-end consulting role and requires specialized leadership experience in SAP ecosystems in large (typically global) tier-1 organizations
Manage all aspects of the end-to-end SAP project lifecycle to successful delivery
Oversee project team members to track and communicate status and metrics for project tracking and reporting
Support scope management and change controls to ensure accurate project scope, schedule and budget management
Provide leadership to a cross-functional project governance team to ensure high performance across SAP, non-SAP, partner and customer activities
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
Motivate work of a global project team who are engaged on a remote basis to drive achieving project milestones and deliverables
Deliver formal presentations and leadership summaries as needed
10+ years experience, including multiple complex SAP full lifecycle implementations
Experience with S4Hana, S4Hana Cloud preferred
Experience with AWS, MS Azure, GCP preferred
Demonstrated success in a global SAP environment using a global template approach with localizations for regional legal/regulatory needs
Superior communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization
Self-starter with experience managing remote / distributed teams
Cloud implementation experience preferred
Outstanding planning and organizational skills
Excellent critical thinking skills
Recruiters receive contract commission payments once per month. Payment is processed after work for each contractor is verified at the end of the month. The commission is paid out on the first pay period of the following month. Depending on when your candidate starts, the first payment may take 4 to 6 weeks to receive.
