Job Title: SAP Practice Growth Leader

Location: anywhere US - remote

Duration: Direct-hire 

Rate: 90-100K - full benefits - commission in addition

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Practice Growth Leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the SAP ecosystem, possess deep relationships and networks, and have a proven track record of identifying and selling SAP services to prospective clients. This leader will also be responsible for formulating and driving partnerships with other SAP partners and for growing and developing our internal SAP team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SAP practice, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.


Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem. Develop and grow strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


Partnerships: Formulate and drive forward partnerships with SAP, plug-in platform vendors, and other SAP partners to enhance our service offerings and market presence.


Team Development: Grow and develop the SAP team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, certifications, and professional development.


Sales: Lead the effort in selling SAP services to prospective and existing clients, including developing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.  


Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the SAP ecosystem, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, with a strong track record of leadership and business development.
  • Deep level relationships and networks within the SAP community.
  • Proven ability to identify and sell SAP services to prospective clients.
  • Experience in formulating and driving partnerships with SAP and other relevant partners.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
