Hello, Hope you are doing well, Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL Type of Hire: Long Term contract Job Description: 15+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of project/program management experience Working experience in Integration projects , involving multiple interfaces/3rd party systems Monitors and manages project scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality solutions. Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships. Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager and onsite project manager, regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Adheres to the Agile Methodology and possesses the ability to assess risks in process, people, or technology and adjusts project plans to address accordingly. Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during entire cycle of Sprinting and further QA and user acceptance testing sessions. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client. Provides mentoring, guidance and general care and feeding to project team members, including onsite and offshore team members. Define, track and report project performance with adequate metrics for agile projects Motivate team, coordinate with scrum masters in removing impediments Activity and resource planning, proactively communicate key resource movement to internal and client team Issue identification and resolution Analyzing and managing project risks Knowledge management, analyze team technical expertise, identify gap, arrange for training & on the job training to bridge the gap Develop continuous learning, continuous improvement mindset in team, drive innovation initiatives Managing reports and necessary documentation Working experience with Jira and Azure Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Analyzing and managing project risks, Issue identification and resolution Ensuring customer satisfaction. Extensive Agile methodology skills, have experience in release/PI planning, capacity planning, usage of JIRA for tracking and reporting needs, Accountable for Capacity planning for the releases/sprints Be enthusiastic, professional, and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success Good to have Have managed Salesforce projects , preferably with life science /Pharma domain background Working knowledge of ESB
