What you'll do at Infinidat:

Are you competitive and passionate with the ability to open doors? In this role you'll evangelize Infinidat by identifying the right people in the right accounts through outbound prospecting efforts within a specific territory. This role will aid in the development of pipeline growth and territory sales. The Sales Development Representative is a key part of our sales organization, working closely with our Account Executives, channel managers and System Engineers to grow new business, with new prospects and existing customers.

Responsibilities

* Outbound prospecting into the assigned territory to find leads for the Sales team
* Follow up on incoming leads and convert them to opportunities
* Develop a well-rounded understanding of Infinidat's products
* Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes within a rapidly evolving environment
* Maintain accurate records of leads passed to sales and the success of leads converted into opportunities
* Work with the channel team to further develop current partners and develop net new partnerships

Requirements

* Prospecting skills, cold calling, business-to-business sales experience (technology sales - the geekier the better - is a huge plus) and a sense of urgency
* Ability to build rapport and engage prospect
* Lead research targeting the right buyer personas into the right accounts
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Ability to gain buy-in
* Multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management is a must - we move fast
* Solves problems
* Resourceful - the ability to figure stuff out quickly
* Systems: SalesForce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn a huge plus
* Driven and motivated to succeed; crushes road blocks at every turn
* 2+ years experience in a sales/business development
* Positive attitude and helpful demeanor a must
* A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
