About the role:
Fuel Cycle is seeking a Solutions Architect to support the development, review, and release of new quantitative research solutions within Fuel Cycle Ignition. This may include gathering product and customer requirements, conducting competitive research, and developing training/support materials for new products. Where you'll make an impact:
Conduct competitive research for new agile quantitative methodologies

Uncover and summarize existing solutions for selected methodologies across questionnaire development, sampling, and analysis

Work with the Solutions Engineering Manager to identify, detail, and communicate technical requirements for new FC Ignition methodologies

Track product development progress and ensure team adherence to timelines

Conduct and analyze internal research on Ignition solutions using existing Ignition methodologies, including quantitative surveys and customer interviews

Aid in the creation and review of internal training documents/videos and feature releases for new Ignition products

Work with external third parties to build custom software solutions, when appropriate

Oversee alpha and beta testing for new methodologies

What we're looking for:
BS/BA degree or MS degree desired

3+ years quantitative market research experience with comfort in survey development, deployment, and analysis

Knowledge in and/or experience with multiple quantitative methodologies and statistical analyses

Experience mapping requirements to survey solutions

Knowledge of statistical software such as R, SPSS, Tableau, SAS, or other a plus

Experience in Product or Program Management a plus

Team player who thrives on collaboration
