Job Description


Medacs is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team where you will be leading and delivering on permanent Doctor recruitment activity for the client through Medacs Global Group.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with stakeholders to establish vacancy requirements
Visits to the client site in South of England
Fulfilling all elements of the recruitment lifecycle working with the client from demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing selection and on-boarding
Integrating with the business to act as a true trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent
Accountability for the recruitment process with a key focus on managing the recruitment supply chain - vendor management on all various recruitment projects across the whole business
Responsibility for the vacancy management and pipeline for the client
Effectively establishing and driving client stakeholder relationships in order to build and develop our business relationship
Engaging with hiring managers, while understanding their recruitment needs to ensure best practise
Driving recruitment forward, with the recruitment supply chain to obtain the best results
Understanding of client culture and staffing requirements to deliver the service required
Conducting regular review meetings with the client to ensure SLAs are being met
Reporting on and present Management Information both to the client and internally
Liaising closely with MGG finance department to ensure all client invoices are paid in line with SLAs
Ensuring costs are effectively managed whilst ensuring optimum service delivery and productivity at all times


Ideally you will have a recruitment background with healthcare knowledge being highly desirable.
