Remote Recruiter – Strategic Accounts Team
Superior Skilled Trades (SST) | Full-Time | Remote (Preferred: Texas-based candidates)

Superior Skilled Trades is expanding our Strategic Accounts Team and looking for a resourceful, high-performing recruiter to support key accounts nationwide. This is a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting role ideal for a true headhunter who thrives in a flexible, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, engage, and submit highly skilled candidates for specialized, high-volume client accounts

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding

  • Partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical role requirements and hiring goals

  • Leverage ATS/CRM systems to strategically build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering roles within construction, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas

  • Contract recruiting experience is required

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies

  • Texas-based candidates strongly preferred (especially Houston or Austin)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total compensation: $80,000 – $125,000+
