Qualitative Recruiting Associate Project Manager (Full Time)

As part of our growth and change, our team is seeking a Respondent Recruitment Associate Project Manager. This position is client-facing and the hub between our internal recruitment center and our research partners and clients.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

  • Strong proven love of technology & a natural aptitude for platforms, apps, and everything computer and online driven.
  • You will use your tech skills to create prescreens in our platform
  • You will create phone interview schedules for projects
  • Assist in project management setup, including but not limited to the creation and uploading of Google Docs and Google Forms, Tweeting live projects, and the creation of Excel profile grids for daily client reports
  • Management of participant experience, including confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations, so respondents in projects have all the information needed
  • Pull panelists from the database, based on project specifications
  • Interface with qualitative department heads to assess project feasibility
  • Manipulate Excel documents to identify project-specific information

  • Analyzes situations accurately and takes effective action; reports and escalates to management as needed
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities and client projects to successful completion
  • Takes pride in prioritizing our customers above all else and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers every step of the way
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, with emphasis on Excel skills
