Job Description

Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a Remote QA Analyst for a 3-6-month contract position with the strong possibility of extension. The QA Analyst will be mainly working with Genesys Cloud and acting as a Quality AssuranceUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead for a specific enterprise customer. The consultant will be replacing a QA lead who is leaving the organization and is working in a full-time capacity writing UAT, tracking UAT status, tracking defects, etc all specific to Genesys Cloud. The main purpose of the consultantrsquos role is to validate the service against business requirements. UAT is the last step in the process before the service goes live into the production environment. Therefore, this opportunity is the last chance the customerrsquos team has to verify whether they configured Genesys Cloud to meet requirements. It also provides users with a preview of the solution before the go-live date to help reduce or eliminate last-minute change requests as they uncover new business requirements. Required Skills 7+ years of extensive testing experience 5+ years of contact center applications (some Genesys Cloud is required) Experience and Knowledge with Agile development practices to balance speed, predictability and quality, as well as DevOps methodologies
