A leading Philanthropic organization located in Princeton, NJ is seeking a qualified Project Management Administrative Support for the Executive Office to develop project plans, draft communications and create processes with accuracy and detail. This role pays $33/hr. Responsibilities include: • Provide end-to-end support on the Executive Office projects and day-to-day administration of the office. • Collaborate, coordinate, and manage across internal and external senior-level stakeholders, communications team, media, and other external consultants. • Working with the Special Assistant to understand and document all administrative and operational connections and practices. Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE 4 ASSESSMENTS). Minimum test scores: (80% for Outlook and Word; 70% for Excel & PowerPoint). • 4-6 Years of experience in executive-level administrative, operations, and/or project management positions. This is approximately a six (6) month assignment ending December 31, 2022. This will be a remote opportunity until at least September 2022.
