Position: Production Support/Actimize Application Support Analyst Location : Midtown, NY Duration : Contract Interview: Phone and Skype TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Job Description: Our Financial Client is looking for an Actimize Support Analyst to join the Application and Database Services Team in Midtown, NY. This person will be working alongside a team of 3 overseeing applications such as Actimize, which is an anti-money laundering tool that the bank uses on a daily basis. The main application that they will be overseeing & supporting is Actimize and will happen once application is deployed after production. They will be communicating with third party vendors to ensure these applications are working correctly and resolve any issues that might occur throughout the day. Examples of issues could include configuration problems, block or builds up in the messaging queue. This person will be responsible for second and third level support across these applications and payment systems. This role is a contract opportunity that will start remote but ultimately have to be onsite in NY when the office returns - 2nd & 3rd level support experience with Actimize (Tool by NICE) - 3+ years of experience supporting Actimize, an anti-money laundering tool - Proficient knowledge of Anti-money laundering tools - Great communication as they will be speaking with application vendors - Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to these applications
