**Description:**This is a Patient Scheduling position for a specialty clinic organization.Communicating directly with patients/customers, via telephone, to schedule appointments according to established guidelines. Communicates with patients or referring physicians to schedule exams and gather all pertinent data. Responsible for maintaining confidential records on new and existing patients. This is a medical call center. Will need to learn a large variety of different guidelines and rules and use various resources to provide necessary information to customers.**Skills & Qualifications:***This is a remote position where we will provide equipment.
