Venture Capital firm headquartered in Manhattan seeks to hire a Part Time Temporary Executive Assistant for a 3 - 6 month temporary contract. This is a remote position starting in January 2021. The temporary Executive Assistant will support two senior executives at the firm with a variety of administrative tasks as requested. The ideal candidate will be proactive, outgoing, and be willing to pitch in wherever needed. The main responsibilities will include scheduling and calendar management across global time zones, utilizing Zoom to set up video conferences, assisting with meeting preparation, supporting logistical tasks at the firm, being proactive and keeping the two executives on top of their schedule, helping to draft capital call and distribution letters, assisting with opening accounts and lines of credit, helping with investor questions and documents, aiding in office lease negations, proofreading documents, and other administrative tasks as requested. To be considered candidates should have 5 + years of Executive Assistant experience, proficiency in the Google Suite, be a self-starter and reliable, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and a team player mentality. This is a 20 hour per week schedule preferably working Monday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm. Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
