Job Description

EmployBridge is seeking Remote Call Center Representatives for part-time roles!

What is needed:

  • 6 mos of customer service experience

  • Communication skills

  • High School Diploma/GED

Training and Schedule:3 weeks (will work 40 hours the first three weeks for training)M - F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 9:30 AM to 6 PM EST. (for 3 weeks only and mandatory)

The purpose of this position is to assist applicants and associates through all parts of the application and pre-screen process. In addition to providing general support for employment-related questions such as assistance with the online application, updating employment availability, and other general questions such as payroll/garnishments, W2's, and current assignment updates.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls presented in a queued-based system; make outbound phone calls via a preview dialer, commitment calls, and requested callbacks, to pre-screen, schedule interviews, or assist each caller with questions.

  • Utilize resources to properly pre-screen and schedule interviews for qualified applicants; identity, research, and resolve caller's issues.

  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and respond to caller requests documenting and/or transferring as required by standardized processes.
