Job Description

Our client is a is a cloud-based technology solution group that leverages 25 years of Oracle and Healthcare expertise to drive system value to our customers. Their core competencies include implementing Oracle's Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, BI applications along with internally developedapplications that address complex supply chain use cases, cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-onpremise integration, training tools, and healthcare specific business analytics. We are looking for a Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant will provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement Payroll on Oracle Cloud ERP HCM/Benefits modules including Payroll, Time, and Labor.Our client offers a competitive compensation package along side a 15% quarterly bonus with full benefits starting on the first day of employment. Additionally you will receive a $40 monthly internet and $100 cell phone stipend. This position is indefinitely remote, with that our client offers a $500 home office set up sign on upon employment. Minimum RequirementsProvide Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll projects.Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM. Guide customers through Oracle delivered functionality, advise customers on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document customer requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.Work with and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth. Desired SkillsPHR, CCP, FPC, or CPP certification
