How you will make an impact: American National is seeking a full-time, Claims Quality Specialist to support both the estimating and auditing functions of the property and casualty claims division. To thrive in this position, interested candidates should have claims adjusting or alike industry quality review skills, experience working in Xactimate or an alike estimating platform, enjoy data review with a focus on accuracy, and comfortability managing both verbal/face-face conversations with internal staff and vendors. Actively assess independent property field adjuster estimates that include (Residential, Commercial, Agriculture losses) with the intent to safeguard both compliance and technical quality standards according to organizational guidelines Produce ad-hoc data requests Uphold vendor quality standards Communicate business results with peers and/or senior leadership Provide technical expertise Develop, monitor, and/or modify, procedures and process guidelines Qualifications: Currently hold an appropriate state adjuster license or obtain following date of hire (American National will incur all fees associated / No out of pocket expenses) Claims adjusting or relevant industry work experience Working knowledge of Xactimate or an alike estimating program Remote option available. If candidate selected is within a reasonable driving distance to the MO. campus, a hybrid work schedule is preferred. Please discuss with your recruiter Not required, but beneficial: Two years' + Residential/Commercial/Agriculture claims adjusting or relevant industry work experience Salary for this position can range from $54,000 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $67,000 for more highly qualified candidates.
