Job Description

As a Senior Operations Supervisor, you will manage, coordinate, and direct the daily operation of a unit of non-exempt employees and/or support a processing unit in a product area. You will assign work and set workflow priorities, tracking your unit's performance and monitoring daily business. You will handle exception items, resolve complex issues, coordinate and oversee departmental projects, document and introduce new procedures to your staff. It will also be your responsibility to review and recommend system modifications for processing business.High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry or 5 years loan origination underwriting experience including making appraisal/collateral decisions Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required preferably managing remote/virtual employees Experience as a licensed or certified real estate appraiser is a plus FHA DE, VA LAPP government designations are a plus Must have strong technical and computer skills with the ability to self-trouble shoot and remediate technical issues Ability to work independently with little supervision Excellent analytical, attention to detail and decision making skills Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills ***This position is a remote, virtual role.
