Job Description

Welcome to Natus Medical! We are looking for a Remote National Key Accounts Manager to join our Sales Team in the Hearing and Balance Division! We are open to candidates who reside throughout the United States as you will cover the country.

Summary of Role: Identify key account opportunities to target, negotiate, and implement sales activities. Monitor and manage key account business utilizing DSM's, Marketing, Service and Trainers as appropriate. Mentor DSM's to help elevate the business.

In this role you will;
  • Assist sales force in developing, analyzing and closing business
  • Visit and work with the DSM, Customers, and Key Accounts
  • Provide management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities and prepare customized solutions.
  • Prepare and review annual and monthly key account sales and service forecasts
  • Interface with clinical education team and field support to coordinate key account efforts
  • Support the sales of all Natus products assigned and any additional products that may be added
  • Generate sales leads through our key account business
  • Assist DSM and management in the presentations of products in demo/sales situations
  • Act as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and Natus internal teams.
  • Involvement with Key Account contract negotiations.
  • Ensure regular meetings are held with key account customers to review goals and objectives.
  • Participate and attend relative trade shows
  • Web based customer presentations
  • Implementation and onboarding of new key account business
  • Utilize Siebel to forecast and manage and track potential leads.

Travel Required: Moderate to Extensive

What we are looking for:

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college strongly preferred, MBA or Medical Qualification a strong plus; five years or more related industry sales experience a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Require current Driver's license, Audiology credentials preferred but not required.

  • Experience in capital goods sales process a plus
  • Ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff
  • Excellent concept selling skills
  • Must be able to analyze financial information
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required
  • Computer skills required, proficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint
