Job Description

Position Overview:

This individual will be responsible for reporting directly to the Unit Manager, and supporting day-to-day oversight to ensure critical service level milestones are achieved. Responsible for pulling daily reporting and directly teams on non-negociables. Integral part in maintaining employee tables, pipeline and production analytics, loan assignment/re-assignment, and ad-hoc reporting.

Essential Job Functions
  • Performs data analysis by using existing reporting and Microsoft excel to filter and compile data to enable the production managers to effectively manage their pipeline
  • Demonstrates proactive problem solving skills
  • Analyze data and run data to identify production impediments or conflicts and develop corrective actions/processes immediately
  • Quickly understands the business issues and pipeline challenges of the unit and works with Unit Leader to develop action plans to address
  • Manage Employee tables in LUSY and client system
  • Handle manual assignment and re-assignments of loans
  • Push reporting to team leaders and members to ensure daily non-negotiables are achieved, particularly those related to compliance adherence
  • Meet with Unit Leader and Team Managers daily to address non-negotiables and areas of concerns with pipeline movement and capacity to handle
  • Identify areas of opportunity and efficiencies from a pipeline reporting perspective, for team members to close production and/or service level gaps


Qualifications

Requirements
  • 2 + years in the Mortgage Industry, end to end fulfillment processes and pipeline management flow
  • Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self motivated, creative and able to work in a team environment while thinking independently and sharing knowledge and ideas
  • Must be able to multi task between multiple analytical projects and able to adapt to constant modification of the work flow
  • Strong computer skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency
  • Detail oriented and focused
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
