Calling all CompTIA Certified

Candidates!

Our Client is looking for

multiple, qualified candidates to support the Enterprise Level 1 Helpdesk.

Ideal candidates will have experience with customer End-user support and

working experience of general helpdesk responsibilities. Candidates will also

need pass an interim clearance check through our company while onsite/working

remote in the position (We can onboard someone into the job while the clearance

process is running).

*You must live in Michigan to be

considered for this role since it will be a REMOTE work from home role

(Candidates will have to do pre-onboarding meeting and equipment pick up at the

Grand Rapids or Lansing sites)*

*Fully paid training period is

also fully remote as long as you live in Michigan*

Candidates will require One of the

Three Below CompTIA certifications (OR the other certifications listed below)

to Interview for the position:

· CompTIA A+

OR

· CompTIA Network+

OR

·

CompTIA Security+

· Candidates can

interview for the role if they have passed the A+: 1001

and plan/or have scheduled to take the 1002

OR

· HDI-TSR,

HDISupport, Center Analyst, AppleCare Mac Technician, Apple Certified Support,

ITIL Foundation, and MCSA Windows 10 certification

*Candidates will

also need pass a government interim clearance check through our company*

Job Responsibilities:

-Service Desk Phone support / VPN

-Troubleshooting Windows 7,

Windows 10 OS

-Active Directory (user

management)

-MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Outlook)

-Work within ticketing systems

-Provides requests to the helpdesk

and provides remote support and onsite support for staff

-Performs adding and changing of

software configurations

-Handles support for workstations,

tablets, laptops, and phones
