Are you passionate about marketing and helping drive audience engagement? We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Direct-to-Business marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of D2SB, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of marketing campaigns through channels inclusive of email, web, advertising, and social. Responsibilities:

* Support the digital marketing team and ensure marketing activities run smoothly by adeptly managing daily administrative tasks.
* Assist Senior Marketing Manager in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. email and Web banners)
* Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and customer inquiries
* Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
* Gather and help analyze customer behavior data by examining web traffic and rankings٫ among other metrics.
* Facilitate in the organization and implementation of weekly marketing emails, including assisting in email list management and overseeing inbound customer mailbox.
* Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics٫ such as conversion rates
* Maintain an organized and readable record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.
* Observe the marketing activities of competitors and help identify new opportunities by conducting market research.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Design and Content teams in the creation of advertising material.
* Help distribute marketing materials

Qualifications

* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
* Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
* Solid understanding of digital marketing and relevant techniques
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications a plus (e.g. CRM tools and Online web analytics)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, data analysis and customer service
* Possess a goal-oriented attitude.
* BS degree or current enrollment in a related BS degree (i.e. Marketing or relevant field)
