Job Description :
Enlyte is growing and we have a great opportunity in our People & Workplace team for an experienced Manager of HRIS interested in joining a fast-paced environment. A thorough understanding of Human Resource technology, applications, programs, and processes is required.

Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this individual will be responsible for taking the organization to the next step in developing the HRIS team and function. You will be the subject matter expert for our HRIS and execute on our HRIS strategy. The HRIS team includes Analyst roles reporting to this position and you will also lead cross-functional groups.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing an HRIS function and ready to apply this experience to an exciting opportunity.

Top candidates will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects with involvement in solutions, process optimization, technology assessment, implementation, and vendor management.

You will collaborate with others to find solutions. We invite you to use your creativity, ingenuity, and analytical mindset to solve problems and help the business scale. You will be expected to find efficiencies, increase automation, and build the foundation to support advanced talent analytics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of new Dayforce modules, projects, releases, and enhancementsWork with functional team members to understand requirements & communicate system capabilities/limitations.

Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance business processes.

Identify impacts and enhancements, direct testing and configure required changes.

Review system configuration documents, develop test plans and test cases.

Implement solutions

Provide technical expertise, support, troubleshooting, and guidance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to team members.

Be lead P&W representative and liaison between P&W, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS projects.

Manage system security, permissions, and access. Manage system reporting and oversee data integrity.

Perform project and change activities to ensure our internal readiness.

Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.

Qualifications:
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

Familiarity and experience with HR programs, systems and processes

Ability to work effectively with HR leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, prioritization, and successful project delivery

Utilizing proven interpersonal and change management skills to overcome resistance to new processes and technologies

Thorough understanding of database construction and all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding.

Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.

5+ years HRIS or related experience required with at least one year in a supervisory position.

Prefer 3+ years management experience, prioritizing day-to-day work, coaching and develop technical and analytical skills of staff.

Advanced knowledge and experience with Dayforce highly preferred.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

Able to think critically and creatively in developing solutions to challenges

Advanced communication and presentation skills

Capable of performing well in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
