Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) – California-Based

Location: Anaheim, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

We’re expanding our team and seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) based in California who thrives in a remote setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care. Whether your specialty is trauma, health psychology, neuropsych, psychodiagnostics, or general practice, we welcome your expertise and perspective.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families
  • Perform psychological assessments and evaluations as applicable
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with peers in clinical consultation or optional team huddles
  • Option to supervise pre-licensed therapists or facilitate group therapy (if desired)
  • Serve a diverse, often underserved population using a culturally competent lens

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
  • Active California license (PSYD) in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience preferred 
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Zoom)
  • Strong clinical judgment, cultural humility, and a client-centered mindset
  • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches
