Job Description

Our client in the Mortgage industry is looking for a person to join their team to serve as a Tier 1 helpdesk. This person will be responsible for handling technical support issues and their primary responsibilities will be troubleshooting and managing tier 1 related issues. Minimum Requirements• 2+ Years Experience in a tier 1 helpdesk role• Mortgage industry experience• Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity and troubleshooting experience• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via documentation, telephone, and e-mail with customers and peers in varying roles Desired Skills• ITIL or CompTIA A+• ServiceNow
